Tansy earned her Master of Science degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in Phoenix. Her education background also includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Tansy has experience working with individuals, groups, families, couples, adolescents, and children with a variety of mental health challenges in partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) settings. Believing that everyone has inherent self-worth, Tansy travels alongside her clients on their life journey for self-discovery, discernment, and direction, guided by their own values. Tansy also loves helping couples and families to rise above relational challenges and create meaningful connections.

Tansy’s treatment approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
