Kristin Hale, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and behavioral health leader dedicated
to helping individuals heal, grow, and become the healthiest versions of themselves. Since
entering the behavioral health field in 2020, Kristin has worked across multiple levels of care,
including outpatient, residential, and substance use treatment settings, supporting individuals
facing addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and her Master of Science
in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. In addition to being a
Licensed Professional Counselor, she holds specialized training and certification in Eye
Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach for treating
trauma and related concerns.
Throughout her career, Kristin has served in both clinical and leadership roles, providing direct
therapeutic services while also overseeing clinical teams, developing programs, and ensuring
high-quality client care. Her experience working with complex mental health and substance use
disorders has strengthened her belief that every individual deserves compassionate, respectful,
and personalized treatment.
Kristin's therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in creating a safe,
supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore challenges, build
resilience, and achieve meaningful change. She is passionate about helping clients uncover
their strengths, move beyond past trauma, and create fulfilling lives aligned with their values and
goals.
